Upgrading to Ubuntu 18.04

With the release of the latest LTS version of ubuntu, I thought I would upgrade my lab

Upgraded VM templates added motd to the templates

Upgraded my servers to 18 using the templates

Installed 18 on my laptop installed 18 on my desktop VM
