BorkMR: Somewhat Working Menu System

Been working on my Mixed Reality project that runs on the Meta Quest Pro
Been working on revamping the UI so its a bit easier to interact with
While working on UI v2 I threw together a basic menu and its functionality
its hidden by default, tied to the left hand, and you have to look at your palm and pitch to open it up
At the moment all the menu does is open/close and lets you spawn/destroy a few of the Modules that I have upgraded to the new UI
