Recently, I went through the entire house and labeled all the network and voice jacks to keep things organized. Once everything was labeled, I cut off the old RJ45 connectors in the network closet and rewired the setup into a neat 8-port patch panel. After getting the wires connected, I bundled everything together with zip ties for a clean, professional look. Now, the network closet is way more organized, and troubleshooting or adding new connections will be a breeze.
